Our Home
1924 Vintage home in great central Los Angeles neighborhood of Silverlake. 3 beds, 1.5 baths + extra room. Large yard, good views. Not luxury, but mostly fixed up including modern kitchen. Just really pleasant, open, airy house in a great location near freeways, mountains, not hard to get to beach or main urban attractions.
Close to downtown LA, Hollywood, Museums, etc.
Our Neighbourhood
Silverlake is an older, established neighborhood between Downtown LA and Hollywood. It's in the hills, so the views are great. There are good urban stores and lots of cafes, restaurants and stuff like that. It has been known as "arty," but has become a great family neighborhood. It's cooler than much of the city because it gets the ocean breezes.
It's really easy to access all parts of the city because of the freeway access (101, 5, 2, 110 & 10 are all close). Closer to USC than UCLA and closer to mountains than ocean, but everything's accessible.
