Five bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills, under the Hollywood sign, with a view of the hills,reservoir and entire city from the backyard where you sit with a full size swimming pool. Large, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, office and sunny TV room with one bedroom and 2 baths on first floor.
Second floor has 4 large bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a balcony to sit and admire the view. Ten minutes from Hollywood and 30 minutes from all parts of LA. Use of a car can be discussed. There is a lovely local park around the corner, with dirt trails in the hills, and jogging around the reservoir. We are a 5 minute drive from Universal, Warner Brothers, and NBC. Maid service is included once per week.
