Our Home

2-bedrooms (plus a nicely furnished loft with another double bed), semidetached house with nice interiors (terracotta floors, Italian wall tiles) and a rich garden with fruit-trees (figs, almonds, lemons, oranges), palms, buganvilleas, etc. Two patios.
Sleeps 3 couples or a large family. It used to be our home for 4 years.

Now we live in the UK and the Sardinian home has become an holiday home. It is always available for exchanges or for rent.

It is close to Alghero international airport with many international Ryanair flights (London, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Liverpool, Dublin, etc). The other international airport of North Sardinia (Olbia) ia at 110 Km.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

It is in a suburban area, with its own store market, bar, and post office. Easy access to Sassari, Alghero, and the most beautiful beaches of nord Sardinia. The closest beach is at 8 Km.
There is a bus stop, but car is necessary to make the most of your stay.

About Us

We are an Italian working couple of 38 and 53 years. We live in the British countryside and we direct 2 cardiovascular research teams at the University of Bristol. We work hard (but we do not always play hard!) and we would love to escape the British winter weather for warm places (Mexico, Canaries, etc) or for skiing.

More about us

We speak Italian and English and some Spanish and French.
We love pets and you can bring your dogs with you, if you like.
We are quite easygoing, but responsible and we already exchanged several times.
We also rent to cover the house maintainence expenses.
