Large, bright, beautiful home in center of Los Angeles. Close to everything city has to offer. Quiet tree lined street. Walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and movies.
A few minutes by car to beaches, Beverly Hills, Hollywood. There is so much to do and see here, and we are easy access to all of it.

Our house is perfect for families with children. 3 bedrooms 3 baths, gourmet kitchen, sun room, large living room with porch, library, private deck of master bedroom. Nice backyard with swingset and guest house with another bed and bath.
Really wonderful! We take great care of and pride in our home and will do the same with yours!

Our Neighbourhood BeachGolf

There is so much to do in this city. Beaches, mountains, museums, a wide variety of wonderful neighborhoods to walk around in. If you have kids: Disneyland, Universal Studios, etc.
Our home is in the Westwood area, not too far a walk to UCLA.

We live on a quiet tree lined street with single family homes, but you can also walk to cafes and restaurants, shops and cinemas. It is the best of city living.
