Treetop living among gum trees in pretty home, with unique bush outlook - no houses in sight but much bird life. Blue Mountains country feel close to modern amenities & Sydney.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and one living area, Downstairs: laundry, 3rd large bedroom/computer room another large room -music/exercise room/tv and a hall Single garage with remote opening. Half acre of bush type garden.

Cute mountain villages, Three Sisters at Katoomba, Janolan Caves,Spring mountain gardens festival,Mt Tomah gardens, mountain markets and art & craft galleries, bush walking - wildlife and heritage listed parks and yet close to Sydney.
Golf courses, wonderful swimming centres, tennis, and sporting facilities Panthers entertainment centre in Penrith and lakes development - international rowing course. Nepean River paddle steamer cruises.
About Us
We have both recently semi retired. Jim had his own business as a sales agent and Marilyn is a teacher. We are non smokers. We had 2 cats but they have sadly recently both died of old age, so we now prefer no animals in the house as we are not fenced preferring the garden just to merge with the surrounding bush.
We are free to travel outside school holidays.
