The two-level apartment is in a small block of four apartments in a quiet street. It has a huge master bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom.

Downstairs the living room and dining room flow out through large floor to ceiling glass doors leading out to a large balcony with superb views towards the mountains in the West - a great place for a drink to watch the sun setting. The balcony has an outdoor table that seats 10 and a modern Weber BBQ.

There are two double bedrooms downstairs both with built in wardrobes. The fully tiled bathroom contains a spa bath, shower, WC and basin. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer and plenty of storage for linen.

The galley kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast nook and plenty of cupboard space. The large double door refrigerator is suitable for a large family.

There is a double garage with storage space and remote controlled door.

The building is double brick construction and is particularly secure, quiet and convenient.

Our Neighbourhood BeachGolf

The apartment is located in a quiet position but very close (2 minutes walk) to railway, bus, restaurants, cinema. The Sydney CBD is 20 minutes away by train, bus or car across the Harbour Bridge and past the Opera House. The major shopping centre at Chatswood is five minutes away by car or one station on the train.

Roseville is located in the leafy, prestige North Shore which is a safe part of the Sydney Metropolitan area. The apartment is positioned high on a hill with bush views from the balcony to the mountains.

Sydney's famous northern surfing beaches and Sydney Harbour parks and beaches are all less than 20 minutes away by car. There are numerous golf courses nearby.

About Us

We are Diane and Brian, a couple in our fifties whose children are all growing up and making their own lives. We are both professionals (Business Analyst and Accountant), enjoy travelling and would like to experience an extended stay in another country.

More about us

We have not done a home exchange before but see this as a way to live and work in another place while still enjoying a home similar to the one we enjoy in Sydney. Ideally we would like to get to know the people we are exchanging with in advance to ensure the exchange is a good fit for us both.
