Our Home
Located 5 minutes walk to Bondi Beach, and 15 minutes walk to Bondi Junction. We've got a great location which is quiet and leafy, overlooking the Bondi district. It has a north-east outlook so the sun / light / breeze is fantastic.
We have a modern kitchen, dishwasher, espresso machine, tv, dvd, stereo, broadband internet connection (if you can return the favour :). Re bedrooms, we have 1 large bedroom which sleeps 2, has a queen bed and built-in wardrobes. And then 1 smaller bedroom used as an office / study which also has built-in wardrobes. The study could sleep 1 extra person, but 2 would be pretty tight. We are 1 of 6 units in the block of units. There is a shared backyard, clothesline and laundry. Access to the building entrance is down about 15 steps.
Our Neighbourhood
We are situated halfway between Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction.
It's a very easy stroll down to the beach to have breakfast at a cafe, or go for a swim. The clifftop walk from Bondi Beach to Bronte Beach is an amazing walk.
Its 15 minutes walk to Bondi Junction which offers a great Westfield shopping centre which has absolutely anything and everything, and from there you have the train station and its only 15 mins (3 or 4 stops) to the Sydney CBD.
There are smaller shops / cafes / bus stops about 300m walk away - so getting around and having things to do is very easy. The streets directly outside are pretty quiet and set back a bit from main roads so its very quiet, safe and neighbourly.
About Us
We are a professional couple in our early / mid 30's. We have no kids, enjoy surfing, photography, cafes, and everything about living near the beach.
We're interested in visiting France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Canada & US particularly, but are open to all offers / suggestions.
We are interested in any types of areas (beach / country / city / snow).
Having an internet connection wherever we go would be a major interest for us. We have a very fast ADSL 2+ broadband connection at our unit so can offer that in return.
