It has a separeate dining area for breakfast, dinner, lunch.
The kid's room has a large closet and is well furnished and stocked with games, TV monitor, DVD, VCR. The adult bedroom has a king-size bed with excellent mattress and walk-in closet. It is well-shielded from external traffic noise, etc. The Office is the front room facing the street with a very large window. With some effort, it could be temporarily converted into a second kid's room.
Our Neighbourhood 
20 minutes from Hollywood and Hallandale Beaches, 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Close to 3 large County parks and a kids' park. Ideal to get to or travel from by auto. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the houses minimum 3 bedroom size. Nighborhood's designation is "Hollywood Hills"
Major shopping within 5 minutes, and several major malls within 20 minutes in various directions.
About Us
3 Persons - 1 retired, 1 a nurse anesthetist, and one 6-year-old child. Both adults are professional, each with several degrees in various fields. We read a great deal and although we have a large television she watches TV about 4 hours a week and he watches about 1/2 hour a week (basically surfing).
We are very inclined toward the outdoors, and belong to several outdoor clubs (camping, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, bicycling, snorkeling, etc.). We are neat and orderly, and strongly believe in respecting other people's rights and prerogatives. One of us is Christian, and the other isn't. One of us was born in eastern Tennessee and the other in New York City. One of us has lived in Florida 19 years, and the other 7 years.
