CITY CENTER. Duplex apartment on the 2nd+3d floor in a block with a midnight sun view. Very artistic and beautiful apartment in a quiet street. We are at the very heart of city center, best location to everything.
The first floor count the living room (20m2), dining/ kitchen which is one open area, very bright and spacious with a lovely garden view. A bathroom and the enter are also on the main floor. On the second floor are two bedrooms and a space in the middle of the house with stairs going down to the main floor. The floor measure is ca. 90m2. It accomodates 3-4 people easily.

Our Neighbourhood
We are in the city center but in a quiet street. At hand is all the city center has to offer.
The main shopping street
Laugavegur is just a minute away were you'll find around a lot of shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, pubs, bars, cinemas, designers,galleries, museums, theaters, library, public gardens, swimming pools, the main bus station and there is a few minutes walk to the ocean, actually we have a wonderful ocean view and a stunning midnight sun view.
All you need is just in a short walking distance from our home.
About Us
We are two sisters me Erna and my sister Eva. We are both artists and art teachers.
We are experienced homeexchangers, with 11 great previous swaps.
We love travelling and explore others culture and have also lived in a foreign countries, me in London and Eva in Lyon (France).
We are very reliable people and would treat yours home with the same care as ours.
We are open to all offers and dates. Surprise us with beautiful and interesting places!
In summer we would love some beautiful beaches. At any time, big cities but we prefer staying in the city center. 2011 Paris, long weekend in the beginning of september. We can possible rent our flat, please require.
