Our Home
Three bedroom house. Next to ecological bushwalking river area. Next to sportfields. 8 minutes walk to train station. 20 minutes to Sydney Central (train). 15 minutes to beach (car).
Big backyard for the kids to play with cubby house. 1 king bed, 1 single bed, 1 double bed (couch) in the lounge. 1 single matress available.

Our Neighbourhood 
Quiet and small street. Nice neighbours, mostly retirees, some with small kids.
There is a small Montessory school near by and public schools near too.
Shops and big shoping centres nearby. Swimming pools and gyms near by.
Beautiful ecological area with unique bush species both trees and birds.
Many of the unique birds come to our backyard.
About Us
We are a family of 3. I work at one of the Sydney Universities, mainly researching innovation and economic development, specially in the area of employment and skills. My husband has a small company of Geographic Information Systems. Our son is a 7 year old educated at the Montessory school at the end of the street.
He is also part of the Suzuki association playing violin.
