Our Home

Light drenched 3 bedroom 3 bath cottage with expansive deck for and balcony from upstairs master bedroom. The large, private yard is a tropical paradise. The house is family friendly, with a piano and outside a trampoline and ping pong table. The front garden is also very private, with a lovely garden.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

This is the best location in the Los Angeles area. Santa Monica is a beach city. We can walk to the beach (surf lessons offered all summer) and walk to fine restaurants and shopping, and to the farmer's market. In the summer there are weekly concerns on the Santa Monica pier.
