4 Bedroom House With Pool
Our Home
Our home is a 4 bedroom house with 2 lounge rooms & a rumpus room. There is a good sized entertainment area out the back with a fenced in swimming pool and a grassed area, also a 6 burner BBQ for use. We have a single garage with remote control door & a carport for additional off street parking.
There is an ensuite off the main bedroom which has a queen sized bed. One room is set up as an office. There is a queen bed in our spare room and a single bed and trundle in our daughter's room. The lounge also folds out to a double bed. The rumpus room is an awesome play area for children. The inside and outside of the house is all very child friendly.
Our Neighbourhood
We live in a cul de sac in a family friendly street. Penrith is at the foot of the Blue Mountains, about an hour West of Sydney by car or train. Penrith is a great base to travel from as there are main roads leading in every direction. You can plan day trips up the coast, down the coast, into the city or through the beautiful Blue Mountains.
We are also a 5 minute drive from the white water rafting venue which was used in the Sydney Olympics.
About Us
Chris and I (Alison) are both late 20s with a beautiful 3 year old daughter Macy. We are interested in shorter exchanges within Australia but will consider offers from anywhere.
