Beautiful and spacious one bedroom apartment with all the amenities in the heart of two of the best neighborhoods. Straddling the Los Feliz and Silverlake districts, this apartment is walking distance to everything, including the metro if you want to get to Hollywood without driving.

Countless cafes, bars, two movie theaters (one historical) and a vibrant urban feel. The apartment have cable (in both living room and bedroom), dsl, washer and dryer, Ipod speakers, balcony, garage, and a little classic Italian convertible. I have two cats who are part of the deal, so I would love to switch with another kitty parent. Looking for two to three weeks, end of July and beginning of August (my birthday!) We are a couple (he is a musician, I am an archaeologist) who are quite clean and friendly. We look forward to seeing pictures of your home.

Everything. Cafes, theater, movies, restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping. It has it all. It's trendy, hip and so accessible.One of the best in LA.

About Us

I am an archaeologist, my boyfriend is a musician. We enjoy traveling, an excellent bottle of wine, and live music. We love everything that life has to offer, and enjoy the international education that travel offers. Our apartment reflects our interests. You will want for naught. If the city bores you, our library will not.
