Located in a very alive and central district, the apartment is 100 m of the canal Saint Martin's, 5 min by foot of the Oberkampf district, of Belleville, 2 subway stations (Goncourt and Republique). Less than ten minutes by bicycles from Beaubourg (3 subway stations), district of the marais, Halles, Notre Dame.

All shops, many theatres, concert halls, bars, restaurants,buses. Many walks on foot along the canal, in the marais, towards the Louvre, Chatelet, Notre-Dame of Paris. Republic is the subway station most served of Paris (5 lines).

About Us

I live in Paris with my daughter (16 years old) and I am likely to also work in Paris. I am a director of project in a large marketing agency. I'm amateur theatre perfomer and we play ten times a year in small Parisian theatres. My daughter Alix likes music, gymnastic and trapezoid.

More about us

I move by bike in Paris including returning from work which is at the Gare de Nord. I do not smoke but completely tolerate the smokers in my flat. I like the contemporary art, photography, travel, read and of course theatre. And full with other things also.
