Walk to many restaurants and cafes - many are open late in this area. There's also a subway stop a few blocks away that you can take to Hollywood and Downtown. If you have a car, it's a 10 minute drive to Hollywood, 10 minutes to Downtown. 30-40 minutes to the beach.
