Our Home
We have 2 houses available. One is a small house across a sleepy street by the beach, on Malibu Road. That house (1000 sq ft) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The other house is a ranch in the Malibu mountains, adjacent to the National Park. There are many animals at the ranch including horses, goats, emus, dogs and cats.
The ranch has 4 bedrooms (one of the occupied by a caretaker) and 3 bathrooms.
Our Neighbourhood
The name, Malibu, is from a Chumash word that means "where the mountains meet the sea" The air here is clean, and the climate is perfect.
The beach house is on a sleepy road that runs along the ocean in the centre of Malibu. The ranch is in an isolated area of Malibu, up in the mountains.
There are spectacular hiking and riding trails just 3 minutes' walk from the property.
About Us
John is an optical physicist with a sub-speciality in infrared microscopy. I am a full-time mom. Our daughters are well travelled. Our younger daughter's first oversea trip was when she was 2 months old. She went to Korea.
