Maisonette In Notting Hill
Our Home
We live in a beautiful and very quiet maisonette in London, Notting Hill, located moments from the famous Portobello Road Market.
From the kitchen on the top floor all of west London can be seen.
The maisonette is on the top two floors of a lovely Victorian house and consists of three bedrooms, a large open-plan living room, bathroom and sunny balcony.
Our Neighbourhood
This area is one of the most cosmopolitan in the world as waves of immigrants have arrived for over a century - Spanish, Irish, West Indians, Moroccans, Africans and Eastern Europeans which can be seen in the variety of market stalls and shops.
The area has many parks, all very close to us, and an abundance of superb playgrounds for children of all ages.
Hyde Park with Kensington Gardens and Holland Park are a short bus ride away.
Several buses and an underground station are located on our doorstep.
There is a world famous market, Portobello Road, in walking distance as well as interesting shops, restaurants, pubs, corner shops and supermarkets.

We are a family of three - two adults and a six-year-old boy.
