One-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1000 sq ft charming cottage, built in 1937. Classic on the outside, modern on the inside. Seated in ¼ acre of land, in a very quiet wooded setting, just 2 miles from Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. Feels like you are in the country, but actually you are in the heart of the City! Very cool situation.
Our Neighbourhood
Very hip, artistic area called Laurel Canyon, in the Hollywood Hills. Very quiet, lots of trees, home to many artists and famous musicians. There is a little market down the road that Jim Morrison used to live next to, and also one of the best Italian restaurants in the City. This is one of the coolest areas in LA, absolutely beautiful!
About Us
I am a talent agent for music artists and work at an agency in Beverly Hills. I would like to spend a few months in France and get a feel for it, as I am thinking about moving there in the future. I live alone, no kids, and would be travelling alone. I think 3-6 months would be enough time to get a feel for Paris.
