In the mountains but overlooking the Mediterranean, our 3-bedroom house has all facilities including air conditioning and fly screens. Our automatic vehicle is included.

We are experienced swappers who are open to offers anywhere in the world! In 2012 we hope to get an exchange to Costa Rica and/or San Diego, California, but will consider any offers. Alan is a keen golfer, and we are both interested in wildlife (especially birding), walking and travelling. There are 3 tavernas in our quiet village, but the bustling town of Paphos is only 6 km away, where there are numerous restaurants, tavernas and museums. Paphos is a World Heritage Site, and the surrounding area offers wonderful beaches, hiking trails, picnic areas etc. We retired to Cyprus in 2003 from the UK and have never regretted it!

Our Neighbourhood GolfBeach

Our local tavernas serve delightful Greek food, and are all within walking distance. Armou (our village) is quiet, and it is safe to wander freely wherever you please. 6 km, straight down the mountain and you are at a lovely Blue Flag beach.

Further afield are many sandy coves where you can have the place to yourself! The seaside resorts of Larnaca and Limassol are an easy drive away. Our capital city of Nicosia is well worth a visit.

About Us

Alan is retired RAF in his late fifties, and Sue is a retired teacher (who is still "working" in her capacity as Literacy Consultant at the local International School). We are experienced swappers and have been exchanging homes since the early nineties. We have two daughters and four granddaughters, who all live in the UK.

We are hoping to swap to Costa Rica and/or San Diego, California in 2012. But try us as we are open to all offers.
