Experienced exchangers offering bright, contemporary family home, a perfect base for exploring Dublin, while enjoying the beautiful beaches and parklands around us. Our home has a large, bright new kitchen/family room with a wall of glass opening out onto a furnished deck.
It has four bedrooms; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The children's bedrooms have lots of great toys and books to enjoy. There is a comfortable lounge with DVD and Nintendo Wii and a large selection of children's DVDs and games. We also have lots of books for both adults and children.
Our Neighbourhood 
We are based in Skerries, a small, pretty, seaside town with direct access to Dublin City in 40mins by commuter train - approx.12 trains a day.
Skerries is a fantastic location for children with beaches, parks, playgrounds and lots of friendly children!It offers lovely walks on the beaches and headland close by, as well as at the beautiful Ardgillan Castle and parklands. You can enjoy the friendly community of Skerries with its award winning, family orientated cafes, bars and restaurants. The old harbour area has a great buzz with lots of lively, friendly pubs and restaurants. Throughout the summer there are various summer camps which local and visiting children can participate in - football, gymnastics, art, Gaelic, dancing tennis.
For adults and children alike there are public tennis courts available at a small fee.
Close to Skerries there is a cinema, theatre and shopping.
About Us
We are two adults and three children aged 11years, 8 years, and 3 years respectively. We love nature and sports, and also the culture and entertainment of nearby city life.
