1½-bedroom apartment in quiet side street. Fully equipped, very bright, 25 m² living room with parquet floor, bathroom with shower and tub, balcony facing south, central heating On the 4th floor with elevator.
Our Neighbourhood
We are 5 minutes' walk from the KaDeWe,the famous department store with the fabulous food department, and Wittenbergplatz. Excellent public transport, 4 metro stations, numerous bus lines. The Kurfuerstendamm and Tauentzien (main shopping drag) are just around the corner. Also many gay and lesbian places within walking distance.
The Tiergarten park is within a 15-minute walking distance. The neighbourhood is full of little restaurants and bars. Supermarkets and grocery shopping within easy reach.
About Us
We are Michael and Rene, a German-Canadian male couple, 48 and 54 years old, and we have been together for 20 years. We like travelling, bicycling, swimming, cinema, beaches and meeting new people around the world.
We very much like Australia and Canada. In Australia, we mainly like Melbourne, Perth and Cairns.
In Canada, we like Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver very much.
Both of us suffer from a cat allergy - please only non-cat households.
