A three bedroomed apartment with partial sea views from two rooms. Two minutes from the sea.

The property is situated between two bays. One is Xemxia (pronounced Shemshia), and the other is Saint Paul's and the property is on the outer edge of this one.

The apartment is in a side road position, on the ground floor in a block of three apartments. The road leads to the sea which is 4-500 meters away.

It has three bedrooms: one with a Queen size bed one with a double bed and one with twin beds.

There is an open-plan dining/sitting room, a separate small kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin toilet with washbasin.

There is an small external patio yard with table and chairs. A balcony is on two sides of the property with access from the double bedroom and the sitting/dining room

The apartment has a TV with DVD and video, a washing machine (In utility room which doubles as a study/workshop), a fridge freezer full cooker and hob (hob is gas cooker electric).

Internet access in the study.

Sicily (Italy) is 1½-2 hours away by catamaran from Valleta.

Our Neighbourhood

The property is just of off a main road and is entered via easy steps to the first floor. It is in good decorative order.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes \away which connects to everywhere on the island (At a cost of 2.50 Euro return).

There are local shops which sell everything you might need and the town off St Paul's Bay is around 8 minutes away.

The area in which the property is situated is generally quiet.

We are surrounded by lovely bays and beaches and their is a tiny beach just at the bottom of our road. The sea is warm and very clear ideal for swimming, fishing, snorkeling or diving! There are many dive centers on the Island. Car hire is approximately 15-20 Euros per day.

Malta is steeped in history. Not only 16th century and more modern but ancient as well.
The local people are very friendly and speak fluent English and also a lot of Italian. Local sea food is excellent. Good restaurants abound!
Gozo is a sister Island to Malta (2 Kms away) can be reached via a ferry or by the local pleasure boats which run from St Paul's Bay (15 minutes walk away)

There are museums, theaters, cinemas, historical sites including ancient temples and much more.
During the whole of the summer there are Festa's (as in Fiesta)going on in one town or another with magnificent firework displays of which the Maltese are very proud.
If you like to dance there are many places that have live music in Bugibba (and some in st paul's)which is 10-15 minutes walk away.

The property is on a bus route that can take you anywhere on this lovely island for very little cost. The nearest bar/restaurants are just 500 metres away.

About Us

We are professional people with two homes in Malta. Piera is Maltese, and I (Christopher) am English. We enjoy traveling the world and particularly love Italy and France.

I work as a design engineer, and Piera is in an administration officer with a financial company.

We are non-smokers.

More about us

Our home has a little house cat (very well behaved but a little shy) but she is housed away unless you wish to feed her in which case we would be pleased to reciprocate with any animals that you may have as we both love pets.
