We offer a majestic new villa in beautiful Goa, right on the peaceful palm-fringed Chapora river, close to the famous white sand beaches of Goa and steps from magical native rainforest (monkeys from the forest come to visit and feast on mangos very often)

incredible fruit and palm trees everywhere in a very unique atmosphere. The road to the beach will take you through amazing Indian countryside of ancient temples, rice paddy fields, huge banyan trees, traditional villages and a very shanti/peaceful sun-baked land.
In short, a very unique atmosphere with incredible fruit and palm trees everywhere that the myriad colourful forest birds and monkeys absolutely love.
The villa is very serene and classic, yet at the same time also comfortable and contemporary. A lot of attention has gone into the small details. It is as colourful as the Portuguese-Indian heritage of Goa might suggest. The first floor has a beautiful oriental entrance hall, two peaceful bedrooms, a unique stylish bathroom and office/computer area. The second floor is one big open-concept space with very high ceiling and huge curved windows that look out onto tropical bliss and the magnificent river that passes 30 feet from the house. Big beautiful stone balconies all around with the inevitable sacred Tulsi plant. The second floor complex also has an open outdoor shower area, which is absolutely lovely for taking in the sun and nature while showering (shower at first floor is indoors) and a separate kitchenette area with waist-high counters and a big opening to the surrounding beauty.
The river is a very central and strong presence next to the Villa. It is quite wide and quite wild. And has an Amazonian feeling to it with the pure tropical vegetation at its banks and the traditional boats gliding slowly along with it. There is a small deck right on the water’s edge where one could totally lose oneself in the timeless beauty all around. At dusk and dawn it takes on particular enchantment.

About Us
We are Rabindra and Amir, the co-owners of the Villa. Rabindra is Canadian with Indian ancestry who works for the Krishnamurti link international and travels the world for his work and Amir is caucasian, self employed, studies ayurveda and jyotish and lives in Goa for 6 months of the year.
