Three bedrooms, living room, large kitchen/diner, bathroom, and a small garden.

This is a typical and much loved Victorian house in the heart of the very popular area of Stoke Newington in North London.

The house is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated.

Like many of these houses, there is one bathroom which includes a toilet, bath and shower.

The House sleeps four, but there are pull out beds in two of the rooms.

The living room has an open fire which we use during the winter.

Our Neighbourhood

We live in Stoke Newington, north London. This is a very popular part of London, a bus ride away from the "West End", the British Museum and all the attractions of Central London.

There is much to do in Stoke Newington itself: many restaurants (including Indian, Turkish and Thai), pubs, bars and coffee shops.

More about the neighbourhood

This area is ideal for children, with a wonderful park five minutes' walk from the house, and a sorts centre and a swimming pool equally close.

Other areas close by include Islington, Brick Lane Market, Spitalfields Market. and the City of London.

Our neighbours are very friendly and will be more than happy to help you out with any problems or queries you may have.

About Us

We are a family of three: a mother (Amaia, 48) with two children (Iona, 12, and Billy, 10).

I (Amaia) work as a practice manager at a doctor's surgery in Stoke Newington.

We have family in Spain (Barcelona and Salamanca) whom we like to visit, but we also like to travel to other parts of Europe.

This is the first time we are "house swapping" so we are excited about the new places we might visit.
