Modern Apartment In Central Budapest
Our Home
Trendy, bright and sunny 2½-room apartment (53 m²), on the fourth floor, built in 2008 in central Budapest, just on the edge of the city centre.
It's located near a wide variety of public transport, which will easily take you to all parts of Budapest.
The apartment is located only a few hundred meters from the Danube river, near the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts, and near restaurants and pedestrian areas.
There is a traditional Hungarian thermal spa only two minutes away.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, a smaller "half room" with a queen size sofa bed, and a combined living room and dining area with flat-screen TV and wireless internet.
The kitchen is small and compact, but has all the facilities of a big kitchen.
Big, sunny balcony.
Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.
Our Neighbourhood
Budapest is without a doubt one of the most beautiful capitals in the world, and the scenery at night, with the river, the bridges and the castle, is unforgettable!
It's a fairly big city (two million inhabitants), but never overwhelming; it is very compact, and you can easily get around and find your way.
Just like in Hungary in general, in Budapest everything is close by!
It has a perfect mix of old and new, east and west, ancient history and modern history. It's welcoming and warm, just like the Hungarian people.
Hungary is a compact country that has it all, from the mountains in the north to Lake Balaton, the largest lake in central Europe, and the great plains of the south, the Puszta, where hords of horses still run more or less free.
Hungary has several famous wine regions, and is home of the world-famous Pick salami and, of course, the Goulash.
Every inch of this country is full of history, from Roman ruins to Turkish baths, from fairytale castles to twentieth century revolutions and wars.
But what Hungary probably is most famous of is its healing, warm, thermal water, which can be found in most parts of the country, and which has been part of the Hungarian culture since ancient times.
If you would, however, like to explore the regions beyond the borders of Hungary, then the rest of Europe is never more than a few hours away.
Located in the very middle of Europe, and bordering no less than seven other countries, Hungary is the perfect base for exploring central Europe.
