Lovely, cosy four-bedroom home, nestled in the foothills outside beautiful Pasadena, one of the more important centers of Los Angeles–filled with great restaurants, shops and museums.

The house is large (225 m², or 2,500 sq ft) but liveable, with a yard, and situated along a quiet, tree-lined street.

Our Neighbourhood

The house is located in a quiet tree-lined street in a friendly neighborhood of Pasadena. We are within easy driving distance of all that Los Angeles has to offer, including beaches, mountains, hiking, gardens, deserts, restaurants, art museums, various kinds of entertainment such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc.

(It is a half day drive to San Francisco, wine country, Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon.)

Our neighbours are friendly, and will be helpful. The nearest golf course, swimming pool, hiking facilities and shopping are all just a kilometre away.

About Us

We are a professional couple (I am a psychologist and my wife is a psychotherapist), with two wonderful teenage kids who love to travel.

My daughter is 2nd year in college, and my son is 2nd year in high school.

When you stay in our home, you will be able to enjoy our daughter's artwork and my son's room full of instruments.
