Our Neighbourhood

Vibrant, established, upscale neighbourhood, with many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars and shops nearby.

In our neighbourhood you may well see Ben Afflek or Larry David enjoying a meal without the circus of paparazzi, but you will not see Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan.

Our condo has a walkability score of 82.

Santa Monica beach is a fifteen-minute bike ride away, down one of the most scenic streets (San Vicente Boulevard). Or you can drive to Venice or Malibu in fifteen minutes.

There are a number of bus lines one block away that will also take you to the beach.

The rest of the city is also easily accessible from our home, including Westwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Bel-Air, Pacific Palisades and Malibu, and the same goes for several museums, like the Getty Art Museum, the Getty Villa, the Hammer Museum, and LACMA, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

After staying in our home you will have experienced LA in the same way as many native Angelenos.

About Us

We are a 30/32-year-old married couple.

We work in totally different fields: My husband is a television writer, and I am a social researcher.

More about us

We are both third-generation Angelenos and love this city; however, we enjoy getting away from the fast pace of this city sometimes, to other cities with equally excellent weather and beaches.

We will care for your home like we would care for our own.
