Penthouse apartment in central Copenhagen, with a roof terrace and a private elevator for easy access.
The apartment is bright and quiet, without disturbing traffic noise, and it is just a few steps from the metro.
Open-plan kitchen/dining room, living room, two bedrooms, an additional sleeping space in the attic, a playroom for the children, and a bathroom with shower.
High-speed internet, and cable TV with English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German and French channels.
Unlike many other places in Copenhagen, parking is free.
Our Neighbourhood
With the metro just a few steps away, all the major attractions of the city are within easy reach.
In just seven minute you are at Nørreport.
Here you will find Strøget, the famous shopping street, and the Round Tower is just around the corner, a functioning observatory from 1642, where you can walk all the way up to the top and enjoy the view over the old part of Copenhagen.
Nine minutes away you will find Kongens Nytorv, with Nyhavn from where the canal tours depart.
Close to Kongens Nytorv is also Amalienborg Palace, where the royal family lives.
Seventeen minutes away is Amager Strand (Amager Beach). This is the largest beach in the Copenhagen area, a perfect place to sunbathe in the white sand, or take a swim. Amager strand is visited by thousands when the weather is good.
You can also explore the nearby area of Frederiksberg, with its good restaurants, or take a walk in Frederiksberg Garden (Frederiksberg Have), with the beautiful Frederiksberg Castle (Frederiksberg Slot).
If you travel with children, you may also enjoy the nice playgrounds close to the apartment, or relax in the nearby Lindevang Garden.
About Us
We are a family of four: Anne, who is a project manager, Mikael, who works in online marketing, and our two sons, Emil, who is 4 years old, and Magne, who is 1 year old.
We love travelling, and have made three successful home exchanges so far.
