Our Home
Our apartment is on the eighteenth floor and has amazing views across the sea from the Palace on the Rock to the beaches of Italy, and it is just ten minutes' walk from the famous Monte Carlo Casino.
It comprises a kitchen/living area, one large double bedroom, a walk-through cupboard area and a bathroom.
There is a large balcony which provides beautiful views, and it is a short three to five minute walk to the beach.
We would be looking to do a swap any time from 21/05/2011 to 27/08/2011. I think the minimum time would need to be two weeks to make it worthwhile, although we would look at one-week swaps too – but the longer the period the better!
The apartment is booked from 07/06 to 14/06 2011 and from 17/06 to 21/06 2011 and will probably be taken for the Monaco Grand Prix too, but other than that, it's available.

The Principality of Monaco offers a wealth of tourist attractions, concentrated in an area measuring just two square kilometres.
About Us
We are both chartered surveyors in our thirties, with no children or pets!
