With four bedrooms and two bathrooms it's very suitable for two or more families.

The house is set in a very sunny spot, and well screened from traffic.

In just a few minutes you can reach good places to fish, and several fine sandy beaches.

Good starting point for exploring the south coast of Norway.

There is a wonderful area of public access land down by the sea, just in front of the house.

From the house and garden there is a wonderful view over the water and surrounding area. On the large terrace you can enjoy the evening sun and the magnificent scenery, while you have a barbecue.

Our Neighbourhood

Kilsund is a lovely small village by the sea on the south coast of Norway. It is situated between Arendal and Tvedestrand, along road 410.

In the centre of the village there are two shops and a petrol station.

The nearest restaurant is in Tvedestrand, approximately twelve kilometres away.

About Us

We are a married couple, aged 50 and 52, who enjoy travelling to far away places for two weeks every winter.

Next winter, in January / February 2013, we are looking for a beachfront villa or an apartment with sea view in Muritius or Krabi, Thailand.
Your house must be your second home, and the exchange non simultaneously.
