This is Sydney City's elite residential precinct - what Central Park is to New York City and Hyde Park is to London.
New luxury two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.
Balcony with barbecue, harbour/park views, designer fit-out, pool, gym, internet, car exchange - all this in central Sydney.
We are looking for exchanges with upscale properties.
Please note that we ONLY offer our properties May 1st - Oct 1st and do not reply to offers for outside this period. We never rent.
The apartment is not suitable for small children.
Our Neighbourhood
Hyde Park is the green oasis adjacent to the hub of the Sydney business district.
We look across the park to the harbour and the Opera House.
Restaurants by the hundreds within five minutes' walk, theatres, galleries, transport, and the most glorious harbourside walking track.
We invite and respond to offers for periods betweeen May 1- October 1 ONLY. We never travel between Oct 1-May 1 and the property is never available during those dates.
About Us
We are a retired medical couple, and experienced exchangers (done sixty-one so far!).
We often travel with another couple.
We are particularly interested in central London (zones 1/2 Only), Manhattan, France and Italy, but welcome all offers.
We love London, and we hope to spend six months there in 2012.
