I would like to rent this place in the summer, and I only want 500 Euro for a month, because I pay electric, water cost and other utilities.
Since we now live in the United States, our apartment in Turkey is available all year long, but I would only like to rent it at a time just let me know how long you wish to stay there; however, if you want to rent it for a longer period we could negotiate that.
This apartment is particularly suitable for a summer stay, since there is a communal swimming pool which you can use, as well as a beach nearby.
There are also some hotels with golf courses nearby.
You may find it practical to rent a car, but otherwise there is public transport which you can use to get to Serik, Belek and Antalya.
Bogazkent is also close to several historic sites and places of natural beauty, such as Side, Aspendos, the Manavgat Waterfall, and the Köprülü Canyon where you can go rafting.

Manavgat, Side, Belek, Kadriye, Serik, Alanya, Antalya, Kemer, the Köprüçay River, and the Köprülü Canyon.
You can get to all these locations by public transport, or you can rent a car or take a taxi, which sometimes offer special rates.
About Us
I am a United States citizen as well as a Turkish citizen, and I live in Los Angeles, California.
I bought this apartment in Turkey four years ago, and it has everything a family could need, like furniture, kitchen equipment, refrigerator, washing machine, hot water, air conditioning, mattresses, sheets and towels.
When I retired from teaching in Turkey we moved to the United States, where we are now permanently resident.
I now hope to find some trustworthy people who would like to stay in my apartment in Turkey for a holiday rent.
