Four-bedroom home in quiet Studio City, close to Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Hollywood.

Short drives to the beach and downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, etc.

Our Neighbourhood

Our home is located at the end of a residential tree-lined cul-de-sac where kids play in the street.

We are within walking distance of lovely restaurants and shops along Ventura Boulevard.

We are close to Hollywood, all the major movie studios, and Beverly Hills.

About Us

We are typical family of four.

I am Chief Financial Officer for a company that produces TV commercials in Hollywood.

My wife works as a production manager for a company that produces re-usable shopping bags.

More about us

Our two daughters, aged twelve and thirteen, are nearly in high school, and we would like to be able to show them how people live in other parts of the world.

And we think that exchanging homes is a better way to learn that than staying in a hotel.
