Modern, stylish, luxury three-bedroom villa in the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort, with its own pool, private landscaped garden and parking.
The villa comprises three double/twin bedrooms, all with balconies, a kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher and washer/dryer, a large dining and lounge area, and two lovely terraces, ideal for enjoying the lovely warm evenings almost all the year around.
Our Neighbourhood 
Secret Valley is a newly-built golf resort fifteen minutes outside Paphos, boasting Cyprus' best championship golf course.
The nearest villages are Kouklia and Aphrodite Hills, which are both three minutes' drive away.
The nearest beach is two minutes' drive away.
The area has a lot on offer, from cultural and historic sites to various sports facilities (golf, water sports, skiing to only name a few), as well as sightseeing etc.
About Us
I am forty-three years old and came to the UK from Germany in 1993 to study, but stayed on.
I am now married to a lovely English man, and we have two children (three years old and three months old).
We currently live in a barn near Reading, but I would love to spend the coming winter season in the Alps (ideally in a ski resort in Austria) and would like to swap our villa in Cyprus for an apartment or house with at least two bedrooms, in an Austrian (or Swiss or French) ski resort.
However, we'd also consider renting out our villa from December 11th to April 12th, but we would prefer an exchange.
