Face brick family home, impeccably neat and tidy, on a mountainside overlooking the small town, valley & ocean.
Plenty of accommodation.
All amenities, four bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, study, double garage, etc, etc.
In a quiet area twenty kilometres from Cape Point, 37 from Cape Town and near the wine lands.

Quiet location with gorgeous views, in a cul-de-sac on the mountainside.
About Us
We are a young retired couple and enjoy the outdoors & travelling.
We have done previous house swaps with persons in Holland and the UK, who have become good friends.
Currently we have an swap arrangement in Australia, and may tentatively consider an arrangement somewhere else during 2013
We will consider any destinations and are very flexible.
