Our Home
Our newly renovated three-bedroom house is in a north-western suburb of Sydney.
Large open-plan living room, family room,office w/ computer/internet, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden, swimming pool.
There is also a verandah with a barbecue.
Our Neighbourhood 
The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, adjacent to park land, and with very helpful, friendly neighbours.
There are several shopping centres and restaurants in the area, as well as public transport to Sydney's centre.
The Blue Mountains, a popular tourist attraction for its spectacular views and bush walking are only 1 hour away by car.
Canberra, Australia's capital, is 3 hours by car.
About Us
Rudy is a retired sales manager, and Eva a retired executive assistant.
We are of Austrian origin, have lived abroad in several countries, and can also speak Dutch and French.
We have travelled widely but this time want to visit Montreal/Canada from May 23rd to June 24th, 2012.
We are very houseproud, and would be extremely careful with your house and belongings.
We would also offer a car for exchange.
