Our Home
Small apartment in the heart of Phnom Penh, perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area (museums, Royal Palace, Mekong, Buddhist temples, etc), and also for getting to Angkor quickly and easily.
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, mezzanine and a balcony, this nicely decorated apartment is perfect for a couple or small family.
Sleeps up to four adults, plus several children (cot available).
Washing machine, internet access, TV, DVD player, several fans and two air conditioning units.
Our Neighbourhood
A quiet and pleasant district, with markets, street stalls, restaurants etc.
There are lots of places well worth visiting around Phnom Penh. You can for instance go to Silk Island (Koh Dach) to stock up on scarves and other silk fabrics, or visit Tonle Bati by the Mekong, with its Angkorian temple, or spend some time at Tamao Zoo.
You can also visit the rice growing districts, or find out how to make palm sugar.
In the rest of the country, you must obviously not miss the majestic Angkor temples, but you can also go trekking in the protected cardamom forest, do an ecotourism trip to Angkor Thom, visit the rubber plantations in Kompong Cham, see the Mekong dolphins in Kratie, relax on the beach in Kompomg Som, etc, etc.
About Us
I have lived in Cambodia for the last five years, since my husband is Cambodian, and we both work in a French school in Phnom Penh.
We have a little girl who is three years old.
