We have a brand new HD home theatre projector with a huge screen, a record player with lots of records to choose from, and an extensive collection of books.
Our home has air conditioning, a fireplace, exposed brick walls, carpet, and two sliding glass doors that open to our private fenced-in brick patio.
In addition to all of the urban excitement, there is easy access to bike trails (and bike rental shops), parks, the arboretum, and the beach, including the ferry to Cape Cod or the Boston Harbor Islands.
