Enclosed garden with a large terrace which is sheltered from the prevailing winds.
Quiet residential area.
Beautiful walks right from home by following the coastal path.
Our Neighbourhood 
Tennis, 100 metres.
Beaches, 300 metres.
Golf and water sports centre, less than 500 metres.
City center, two minutes by car, with shops and amenities of all kinds (doctors, pharmacies, hairdressers, cinema, etc).
Many restaurants, including a Michelin two-star.
Within forty kilometres:
- Lots of cultural institutions and events (museums, architectural heritage, theatre, prehistoric site, etc)
- Lots of sports facilities (aquatic centre 15 minutes, equestrian centre 10 minutes, thalassotherapy 15 minutes, acrobranching 15 minutes, etc).
About Us
We are a family with five children (23, 20, 16, 16, 13), but only the three youngest are travelling with us.
We love to travel, discover new horizons and meet new people.
We are sporty, curious epicureans, and this kind of holiday corresponds to our values.
We have already done ten home exchanges.
The exchange does not need to be simultaneous.
We are sailing enthusiasts, and our 38-foot sailing boat can be included in the exchange.
We are looking for a home in the sun for the month of July 2012, preferably somewhere by the water. However, we are open to all proposals.
