Detached three-bedroom house on a quarter-acre plot backing on to woods and stream in a quiet Sussex village about 15 minutes from Brighton and the South Coast, adjacent National Park (South Downs).
Access via a private lane with very little traffic, outlook at the rear onto protected woodland nature reserve with lovely woods - bluebells in April/May are stunning!

First Floor: 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite shower/WC; bathroom/WC.
Our Neighbourhood
Quiet village with local convenience store and pub with excellent food - and beer.
Superb walks from the front door, National Park boundary within 150 metres.
Easy access (15 minutes) to mainline railway station at Hassocks (50 minutes to London Victoria).
Gatwick Airport 40 minutes by road.
(Use of 4 seat car to full licence holder over 25).
About Us
We are a professional couple in our fifties who love travelling but not hotel prices!
We also have a holiday home, a one-bedroom house on Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands, and can swap either or both our homes in exchange for time in New Zealand.
