Our Home

Very modern 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home on Balboa Island in Newport Beach, CA. 120 feet to nearest beach and water channel, 15 minutes walking to Pacific Ocean, fishing pier, surfing and wide, sand beach, bike path, amusement park. Excellent, restaurants, shopping malls, sports stadiums, and Disneyland within 15 to 30 minutes driving time.

This is a boating community at the highest economic level. It is 1 hour drive to Los Angeles, 2 hours to San Diego. It is near Hollywood and the entire coast of Southern California and a day's drive to San Francisco (or i hour by air).
