Beautiful home overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Watch sea birds diving for fish, and bottle-nosed dolphins passing by daily in schools of up to 20.
This is a guarded gate community with 4 stores nearby available for daily food purchases, etc.
Our Neighbourhood 
Swimming, surfing, fishing, sun bathing, tennis, jogging, fronton, volleyball, palletas, etc.
Close by is the small town of Cerro Azul where you can buy freshly caught fish every day.
Also about 15 minutes drive south or north of the beach home are two small towns with shopping malls, theatres, cinemas, banks, and restaurants, etc.
About Us
We are a retired couple interested in travels around Europe.
Have rooms available in our home in Lima, Peru and a beach house located 120 km south.
Husband is Canadian; wife is Peruvian. We speak English, Spanish, and some French.
