Our Home
This privately-owned oceanfront villa is located at the south end of the Old Town, and a five-minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Coconut House is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home made of gorgeous hardwood, and it sits on stilts directly over the sea.
The view over the harbour and beyond to Ko Ngai and the archipelago is absolutely stunning.
The 133 m² villa offers all the modern conveniences you'll need to live in comfort and style.
The expansive master bedroom is in the top story of this two-story villa. There are two Thai daybeds in the living room, and the second bedroom/office on the first floor, which has air conditioning, has two single beds. All offer splendid ocean views.
Amenities include: Internet connection, washing machine, hot water garden shower; double gas cooking hob; breakfast bar, toaster oven, refrigerator; fish-cleaning room, security safe, hammock and sofas, bedding, linen, cutlery, kitchen and breakfast bar.

There's not many places in the world where you can find accommodation that is literally 'on the sea' The sensation of waves lapping beneath your teak floorboards is strangely comforting, and the views from a wooden deck over the water are breathtaking (especially at sunrise). This is a sea-view with a difference!
Everywhere within Lanta Old Town is within walking distance, and if you're a seafood lover this is pretty amazing. Local fishermen deliver catches of fresh fish and seafood to the local restaurants daily. Almost all the restaurants in the Old Town cater primarily to the locals, so you can expect authentic flavours, the best and freshest of the daily catch, and prices that will make you want to stay here forever!
