Madison Green is a high-rise building, located in New York City, USA.

My apartment is on the 28th floor and has an stunning view of all of Midtown and upper Manhattan, with extraordinary north views of the Madison Square Park, the Empire State Building, and the Chrysler Building.
This is a one-bedroom condo with renovated kitchen and bathroom.
Our Neighbourhood
The Flatiron District is a small neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan, named after the Flatiron Building at 23rd Street, Broadway and Fifth Avenue.
The neighborhood is very alive in the spring and summer seasons, as the park located directly outside my apartment host many cultural and musical festivities nearly every day.
Generally the Flatiron District can be said to be bounded by 14th Street, Union Square and Greenwich Village to the south; Sixth Avenue and Chelsea to the west; 28th Street and Midtown South to the north; and Lexington Avenue/Irving Place, Gramercy Park and the neighbourhood of Gramercy to the east.
Broadway cuts through the middle of the district, and Madison Avenue begins there, at 23rd Street, and runs north.
There are many 24-hour businesses and services located less than a block away from this apartment, such as supermarkets and pharmacies, not to mention restaurants.
The apartment overlooks Madison Square Park, and was completely renovated in 2001.
The Flatiron District encompasses within its boundaries the Historic District, and the birthplace of Theodore Roosevelt, a National Historic Site.
This is a very safe and beautiful park.
About Us
I am a professional photographer who will be travelling to Brazil for just under two months to teach a seminar at the University of Rio De Janeiro.
I was born and raised in Paris, France, and begun my career in New York city, where I am usually based.
