This is a small (65 m²) but neatly furnished and cozy apartment flat on the Barbaros Boulevard, within walking distance of Besiktas city centre.

You can obtain whatever you need in 24 hours.

Our Neighbourhood

Due to its central location you can reach every touristic place easily.

Conrad Hotel is located across the boulevard. There are several parks, restaurants, cafe-bars and supermarkets around the house.

5 minutes walk from the ferry and bus station.

There is an advanture-store next apartment.

About Us

I'm an architect who has been living in Istanbul for five years.

I graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in architecture from Yildiz Technical University (YTU).

I'm going to study at Eindhoven TU as an ERASMUS student for one semester.

I'm planning to rent my house during this period (31.01.2010 - 03.07.2011).

But I'm always open to home exchanging, because I want to travel all around the Europe and I believe that home exchanging is the most suitable way to travel.
