Our Home
Our apartment is located on the East River, overlooking the Manhattan skyline – it's the million dollar view!
We have a corner apartment with panoramic views over Midtown Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
It's a short walk to the subway, only one stop into Grand Central Station, and three stops to Times Square.
The perfect location to explore midtown, downtown or uptown Manhattan!
Our apartment is 900 sq ft and is located on the 29th floor of a luxury high-rise building. We have 24-hour doormen, a complimentary gym and two tennis courts. There is a laundry room in the building with over thirty washers and dryers.
The living space in our apartment is open-plan – with the dining room, kitchen and lounge all taking advantage of a wall of windows; perfect for watching the sunset over the Empire State Building.
We have a leather sofa, a large day bed and a four-seater dining table.
We have utilized large mirrors throughout the room to maximize the view from every angle. Nothing compares to waking up to this panorama every morning!
We have a separate, large bedroom with a queen-size bed with supportive mattress, and a beautiful chandelier.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and plenty of mirrors and light.
Our apartment has air conditioning and heating, large-screen cable TV with video recorder and DVD player, wireless internet, and plenty of closet space for guests.
Our home is comfortable for one person or a couple.
We have no pets and do not smoke, and require that our guests respect these requirements in the apartment.
We will provide our guests with a spotless, uncluttered apartment, with clean linens, clean towels, etc.

Our Neighbourhood
The subway station in Queens is located on Vernon Blvd, which is a block away. Vernon Blvd has shops, restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy, etc. As mentioned above, we are one subway stop into Grand Central Station, two stops to 5th Ave and 3 stops to Times Square), which takes only a few minutes.
If you want to stay in the area, there are many bars and restaurants, a gorgeous public park, and a pier along the waterfront.
About Us
We are a married couple in our thirties, working in advertising and fashion in New York City. We are Australian-Americans and have lived in New York City for the past six years. We love to TRAVEL, COOK and drink good wine.
