Our Home
Our house is located in La Saline-Les-Bains, 250 metres from the lagoon and the Trou d'Eau beach.
Garden of 300 m², with bamboo, coconut palms, banana trees and bougainvillea.
Upstairs there are two air conditioned bedrooms of 12 m² with cupboards, and also a bathroom and a toilet,
Downstairs there is a large living room (25 m²), a fully-fitted kitchen, and another toilet.
Outside there is a large veranda (a covered terrace) of 20 m² with garden furniture and a dining table.
We can do a car exchange if you so wish; our car is a three-door Peugeot 206 with air conditioning.
Two bicycles are available, useful for getting to the beach.
Cleaning is done once a week by a cleaning lady.
Our Neighbourhood 
Lovely beach, lovely lagoon, lovely fish!!
Surfing at Trois Bassins, 500 metres from the house.
And of course shops of all kinds less than three kilometres away.
Otherwise, diving, parasailing, fishing, canyoning, rafting, helicopter rides, aquarium, golf, jet skiing, riding, climbing, mountain biking, microlight flights, 4 x 4 driving, boat trips, etc, etc.
And hiking of course: there are hundreds of miles of footpaths awaiting the soles of your shoes, for excursions to the waterfalls, the lakes, the mountains, the Piton de la Fournaise volcano, etc, etc.
And then there is also all the islands of the Mascarene archipelago: Mauritius, Rodrigues, Madagascar, Mayotte, the Seychelles.
About Us
We are Manu and Aurélie.
Manu is thirty-four years old and teaches Physics and Chemistry at a secondary school in Reunion.
He regularly goes scuba diving at a very nice diving club, which he can recommend you if you would like to go diving with dolphins, turtles or whales.
Aurélie is thirty years old and is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to our adorable daughter Constance on 16 February.
We met when we both were learning how to dance the salsa, so we can recommend the best places on the island if you would like to learn or go dancing.
