As soon as you return from your exchange, Geenee will ask you to provide feedback on your exchange or rental, based on the following criteria:

• How was your exchange partner as a guest in your home?

• How was your exchange partner’s home?

The Feedback given will help us determine the GeeneeRank assigned to your partner.

The feedback form will also serve as an opportunity to release the security deposit to your exchange partner.
