Our Home

We live in a spacious four bedroom 2-bathroom house in Malua Bay, about three hours drive south of Sydney. Our home is five minutes walk from Pretty Point, a small rocky cove and 15 minutes walk on either side from two surf beaches.

The house, which sleeps four very comfortably, with two Queen beds, is two-storied, with covered decks on both floors overlooking a leafy valley. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dish washer. We have a large bird population in our garden - including king parrots, lorikeets and rosellas and the deck is a lovely spot to join them for breakfast.

Our nearest airport is Moruya with links to Sydney and Melbourne. However we are only 3 hours beautiful coastal drive from Sydney, a little more to the Hunter Valley (a top wine growing region) and 2 1/2 hours from Canberra, our capital city and one of the best kept secret destinations in OZ. We are also within easy reach of the spectacular Blue Mountains.

We can arrange to swap our current vehicle, a small four wheel drive - Toyota Rav 4.

At the moment we are looking for a swap at the end of 2007 in London.

Our Neighbourhood BeachGolf

Malua Bay is ideally placed for surfing, sailing, fishing and other water sports, and golf. We are surrounded by many national parks which provide excellent bushwalking. There are many fine galleries and restaurants in the area.

More about the neighbourhood

We are just fifteen minutes drive from the coastal towns of Bateman's Bay in the north and Moruya in the south. Moruya is a favourite boarding point for whale watching trips in season.
