Built on a slope overlooking treetops and a glimpse of sea beyond, the house is 104 sq m with a 50 sq m deck area at the front.

It has two bedrooms, a very large living area, 1 1/2 bathrooms and great kitchen. Totally renovated two years ago, it has folding glass doors around two sides that open the house to the outside. The garden is large and a caretaker lives on the premises. It is fully furnished and very comfortable.

Quiet and surrounded by tall trees, the area has semi-rural properties that provide all residents with privacy, peace and lovely surroundings. The town of Byron Bay attracts a vibrant and eclectic mix of people and has world famous surfing beaches, with beautiful rainforests nearby.

About Us

I am a journalist, currently retraining as a psychologist. This means I am studying at the local university, in my second year. I have travelled extensively throughout the world and plan to keep travelling as often as possible.

I am a 53 year old woman and I live here alone, although my partner, whose farm is two hours away, spends most weekends here.
